Description
NEU-PEV is a vintage German equalizer modeled after a rare broadcast module from the 1960s. Famous for its creamy highs and tight, punchy low end, it delivers instant analog richness to any track it touches.
NEU-PEV captures the unmistakable tone of early broadcast-era EQs that brought warmth and dimension to countless recordings. It features a low-shelf, a high-shelf, and a mid-band with selectable frequencies—each designed to impart smooth tonal shaping rather than clinical correction. The EQ’s fixed-Q design and musical gain response make it especially effective for adding body to vocals, thickness to guitars, and weight to the mix bus.
Our engineers recreated the original inductors and transformers to achieve the same buttery response that made this EQ a mainstay in mastering and broadcast facilities for decades.
