Apollo Monitor Correction brings seamless realtime SoundID Reference integration to existing Apollo X Gen 1 and new Apollo X Gen 2 audio interfaces.

Seamless user experience (API solution)

Apollo Monitor Correction seamlessly integrates with SoundID Reference, allowing users to directly apply correction profiles to Apollo X DSP in realtime, using a high number of UA studio-grade precision filters and alignment delays for stereo and multi-channel speaker arrays, as well as simultaneous headphone correction for the ultimate monitoring experience.

Works on headphones, stereo and multichannel setups
Apply correction profiles directly to your Apollo X interface and run them in realtime for stereo, surround and headphone correction using the Apollo Monitor Correction Add-on.

Apollo X desktop interfaces provide DSP-based correction for stereo speakers and one headphone output.

While Apollo X rackmount interfaces provide DSP correction for stereo, surround and immersive modes for speakers, as well as simultaneous correction for two headphone outputs.

Set and forget

When running SoundID Reference correction profiles directly within your Apollo X audio interface, you’ll experience better mix translation, enhanced critical listening accuracy for a truly ‘set-and-forget’ reference listening environment and improved collaboration with your artists. Enjoy high performance and low latency.

How this integration works?

Step 1
Create speaker profile

The measurement process takes at least 20 minutes, during which SoundID Reference will assess the acoustic properties of your room, speakers and their relative location, performing a detailed measurement around the listening spot.

Step 2
Select a target profile

Then, with SoundID Reference, you can select one of the target profiles such as Flat, Dolby, a custom profile, or a target that simulates other devices.

Step 3
Apply to Apollo X

Afterward, you can send your calibration profile to the Apollo X, enabling the calibration to be applied directly within your hardware.

Step 4
Set up and export headphone profile

The integration also allows headphone calibration profiles from over 500 supported models to be applied. These profiles will also run directly within the Apollo X hardware.
